Terms of Service

By placing an order with OnlyKids you agree to the following:

Custom work. Each figurine is handmade to order from the photos or scans you provide. Likeness from photos is an artistic craft; the digital preview and revision process exists so you approve the result before printing. Sculptures from 2D ultrasounds are artistic interpretations.

Your content. You confirm you have the right to use the photos you upload. We use them only to produce your order (see our Privacy Policy).

Payment. A 50% deposit starts your order; the balance is due after preview approval, before printing. Prices are in Canadian dollars and exclude shipping and applicable taxes.

Timelines. Typical delivery is 2 to 3 weeks from order to doorstep. Timelines are estimates, not guarantees; we will keep you informed at every stage.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
