Questions, answered.

What photos do I need?

Three clear angles of the face: front, left profile, right profile, plus one full-body photo in the pose you want. Natural light, no filters. Hats and simple props are welcome. For pets: front, side, and back views work best.

How do ultrasound sculptures work?

Best results come from 3D/5D ultrasounds taken between weeks 20 and 34, when facial features are developed and visible. The JPEG images from your clinic are enough. We sculpt only from 3D/5D ultrasounds; 2D scans do not hold enough detail for a true likeness. Not sure which you have? Send it over and we check it for free.

Will I see my figurine before it prints?

Yes, always. You receive a 360° digital preview of your sculpted model with up to two rounds of revisions included. We never start printing before your approval.

How long does it take?

Digital sculpting takes 3 to 5 days. After you approve the preview, printing and hand finishing take another 3 to 5 days.

What if it arrives damaged?

Send us a photo within 48 hours and we will reprint it free of charge. Your approved digital model stays safely on file, so replacements and re-orders in other sizes are always easy.

Do you ship outside the GTA?

Free pickup at our Concord studio. Canada Post shipping is priced by region: $12 in Ontario, $18 to other provinces, $28 to the territories, and $30 tracked to the US. Every Canadian order over $299 ships free.
