Can I cancel my order?

Yes, free of charge until sculpting begins. After that, a fee applies for the work completed. Full details on our Refunds page.

What does the final price depend on?

Size and finish. We confirm the exact price by email after reviewing your photos.

Are revisions extra?

Two revision rounds on the digital preview are included with every order.

How do I pay?

After we review your request, we email you a firm price with a secure PayPal payment link. Nothing is charged until you approve the price.

Do prices include shipping?

Shipping is $15 flat across Canada, free over $250, and studio pickup in Concord is always free.

Do you offer bundles?

Yes: a second copy of any approved model at 40% off, and the Growing Up bundle for kids.
