Can I cancel my order?

Yes, free of charge until sculpting begins. After that, a fee applies for the work completed. Full details on our Refunds page.

What does the final price depend on?

Size and finish. Each product page shows the exact price live as you choose.

Are revisions extra?

Two revision rounds on the digital preview are included with every order.

How do I pay?

Credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. 50% now, 50% after you approve the preview.

Do prices include shipping?

Shipping is $15 flat across Canada, free over $250, and studio pickup in Concord is always free.

Do you offer bundles?

Yes: a second copy of any approved model is 40% off. Grandparents always want one too.
