Refunds & Returns

Every OnlyKids piece is custom made for one person, so standard returns do not apply. Here is what protects you instead:

Digital preview before printing

You approve a 360 degree digital preview, with up to two revision rounds included, before we print anything. Until you approve, your 50% deposit is refundable minus a small handling fee if sculpting work has already begun.

Damaged in transit

If your figurine arrives damaged, send us a photo within 48 hours and we reprint and reship it free of charge.

Not what you approved

If the delivered piece meaningfully differs from the preview you approved, we make it right: a corrected reprint or a refund, your choice.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before sculpting begins. After sculpting begins and before your preview approval, the deposit is refunded minus the sculpting work completed. After you approve the preview and printing begins, orders cannot be cancelled.
