What photos should I send?

Three clear angles of the face (front, left, right) plus one full-body photo in the pose you want. Natural light, no filters, no hats.

Can you add accessories?

Yes: hair bows, earrings, glasses, a favourite toy in hand, even a custom outfit from a photo. Add them on the product page.

Which size should I pick?

15 cm is the sweet spot for detail and price. Signature full colour comes in 10 cm; larger sizes on request.

You approve the face before we print.

The portrait is sculpted first and at the highest resolution. You receive a 360 degree preview with two revision rounds included, and printing starts only after your approval.

How does the studio scan work?

Five minutes of standing still at our Concord studio while the Go!SCAN captures every detail. Ideal for the most lifelike result, and kids find it fun.

How long does it take?

Sculpting takes 3 to 5 days, printing and finishing another 3 to 5 after your approval. Plan for 2 to 3 weeks door to door.

What is the Growing Up bundle?

One figurine a year for three years at 20% off when pre-booked. The same pose photographed differently each year becomes a shelf you will never stop looking at.
